The School of medicine was created in 1961 once enactment by the Connecticut General Assembly. The vote forgot $2 million to rearrange and build healthful and dental schools for the occupants of Connecticut. In 1962, the 106-section of land grounds in Farmington, seven miles west of capital of Connecticut, was chosen from forty distinctive selections.
