Pakistan won the 3 ODI against Sri Lanka, played at Abu Dhabi. Pakistan beat Sri Lanka cricket team by 8 wickets.
Sri Lanka won the toss and this time they took the decision of batting first, Sri Lanka lost early wickets. Sangakkara and the new comer Priyanjan made a good partnership and gave Sri Lanka a respectable total. Umar Gul got 3 and Saeed Ajmal got 4 wickets, restricted Sri Lanka on the total of 225.
Pakistan started their inning smoothly, openers played quality shots, after the Sharjeel Khan wicket, Mohammad Hafeez once again blossomed in the series and he played classic inning of 113. Ahmed Shahzed and Sohaib Maqsood forty runs gave Pakistan an easy win, they made 226 target in just 41 overs.
After winning 3 ODI, Pakistan won the series 3-1, Hafeez batting and Umar Gul came back gave Pakistan team new life.
