Indian senior diplomat Devyani Khobragade left USA and arriced at New Delhi, Sinor diplomat told media that " i have immunity because of diplomats rules".
After lot of discussions and debates Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade sent back to India, she was arrested on the allegation of fraud in visa issue.
US ministery of affairs confirmed that she has sent to India, thanked the Indian government for cooperation in this complex issue.
The case against the Devyani still in process but the point of view of Devyani is i am diplomat and have the facilities of diplomat, no case can be filled against the diplomats.
